General Questions

  • No, but basic conversational English is recommended. The program is taught in English with clear support, and we provide extra help if you’re still learning.

We also provide short-term booster support for English Language Learners (ELL) who want extra help with reading, writing, and speaking before or during GED/HiSET prep.

  • Yes! Our program is open to learners around the world. Whether you’re based in the U.S. or internationally, if you’re preparing for the GED or HiSET and want flexible, online support, you’re welcome to join us.

  • Yes. Both the GED and HiSET are widely accepted high school equivalency credentials across the United States. They are used for college admission, job applications, and immigration purposes.

Not all states offer both tests, so be sure to check your state or testing center’s official website to see which exam is available and accepted in your area.

  • It depends on your location and learning style. Some states offer only one option, while others offer both. The GED is more widely available and computer-based, while the HiSET offers both paper and computer versions in many places. Check what’s available in your state or country, and feel free to contact us if you need help deciding.

Payments & Registration

  • We provide helpful resources and links to the official GED and HiSET registration sites. You’ll complete the registration process directly through their platforms. While we don’t handle registration for you, our materials will guide you in understanding what’s required.

  • We don’t offer payment plans at this time. Instead, we’ve priced our programs and services as affordably as possible to increase accessibility while still delivering high-quality support and value. Our goal is to keep costs simple, clear, and manageable for adult learners.

  • We do not offer refunds once course access has been granted or a live session has taken place. Because space is limited and we work hard to keep our programs affordable, all sales are considered final.

If you enroll by mistake or have an emergency, please contact us within 3 days of purchase — we’ll do our best to assist you or apply a credit toward a future session.

Testing & Readiness

  • Yes! The GED is offered internationally through official Pearson VUE test centers. We’ll help guide you on how to find and register with a testing center in your country.

  • The GED test is available in English and Spanish in many U.S. testing centers, and in French in Canada. Most international centers offer the English version by default. We recommend checking with your local test provider to confirm which languages are available in your region. If you plan to take the GED in English but want extra support, our ELL Support Package can help you strengthen your skills and feel more confident on test day.

  • The HiSET exam is offered in the United States only, and is available in English and Spanish (depending on the state). Be sure to check with your state’s testing program for availability. If you choose to test in English and want additional support, our ELL Support Package can help you build confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.

  • For many learners, Mathematical Reasoning is the most challenging section. That’s why we spend extra time reviewing math foundations, practice problems, and test-taking strategies in that area.

  • We provide practice tests and progress reviews throughout your course. You’ll also receive personal feedback and test readiness recommendations to help you feel confident before scheduling your GED exam.

  • Yes. Many of the core skills we cover, math, reading, writing, science, and social studies, overlap with the HiSET. You’ll gain knowledge useful for both exams.

Programs & Support

  • You’ll have access to live classes, weekly Q&A sessions, progress check-ins, and optional one-on-one coaching. If you miss a session, limited-time replays may be available upon request. We’re here to help you stay motivated, supported, and on track from start to finish.

If English is a challenge, our ELL Support Package can give you focused language practice alongside your studies.

  • We strongly encourage attending all live classes to stay on track. However, if you miss a session due to an emergency or schedule conflict, you may request access to a temporary replay. Replay links are shared on a case-by-case basis and may be available for a limited time.

  • No program can guarantee a passing score, but we provide expert instruction, personalized support, and proven practice resources to give you the best chance at success. Your progress will depend on your effort, attendance, and consistency.

  • Live classes available:

    • Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00–11:30 AM CST

    • Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00–10:30 AM CST

    Live Q&A sessions available:

    • Wednesdays from 10:00–11:00 AM CST.

    • Sundays from 6:00–7:00 PM CST.

As our program grows, class times may adjust to best serve our students. You’ll receive the full class schedule and Zoom links within 24 hours of enrollment.

Recordings are available upon request for students who can’t attend live. You’re also welcome to email us with questions if you need help between sessions.

  • Our English Language Learner (ELL) Support Package is a 4-week booster designed to help adults build confidence in reading, writing, listening, and speaking. It combines self-paced practice with live conversation labs.

  • This package is best for learners who want to strengthen their English skills before or alongside GED/HiSET prep. It’s also helpful for multilingual students looking to improve academic English.

  • The package includes 8 live group conversation/Q&A labs (90 minutes each), self-paced resources, and progress tips. Enrollment is open year-round, and you’ll receive access details within 24 hours of signing up.

  • No, it’s optional. However, learners who need extra English support often find it helpful to complete this package first or alongside their GED/HiSET preparation. Both the GED and HiSET are also available in Spanish, so if you’re a native Spanish speaker, you may choose to take the test in Spanish instead. Still, improving your English can open up more opportunities for work, higher education, and everyday communication in the U.S., so this package can be valuable even if you test in Spanish.

  • Our primary instruction and support are in English, since GED and HiSET preparation is offered mainly in English and Spanish. We do have staff who speak Haitian Kreyòl and English, and we also provide access to translation services for other languages as needed. Many English Language Learner (ELL) teachers do not speak their students’ first language but are specially trained to use strategies that support learners effectively. This means you’ll still receive the guidance you need, even if we don’t share a first language. For Spanish-speaking learners, both the GED and HiSET exams are also available in Spanish.

  • Absolutely. You can purchase the package again to continue for as long as you’d like. If you know in advance that you’ll need multiple months, contact us for special pricing options.
